Victoria Coyle is the founder of Leading Legal Practice. Building on her extensive experience managing associate teams, Victoria develops LLP’s training sessions based on firsthand knowledge of the current challenges firms face in integrating and managing associates and the tricks of the trade that make for an effective associate.
Prior to forming L.L.P., Victoria was a senior litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. In her practice, she managed large and small teams in all aspects of civil litigation in federal, state and arbitration venues, addressing a variety of issues including securities, intellectual property, contract disputes and M&A litigation. She advised clients on complex regulatory investigations, interfacing with DOJ and other U.S. regulators. She also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Law, teaching new lawyers the fundamentals of legal practice.
Victoria earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of law in 2008, where she served on the Virginia Law Review.
